I wish I could track things.

It feels like I have had a lot of migraines in the first two months of this year.

It would be great to have actually made a record of when I have them, how I felt before they started, how long they took to dissipate.

But it is so damn hard for me to track things like that.

It feels incredibly stressful and upsetting to even consider it.

I’m sure I am overthinking the process but I haven’t found a way around it yet.
