Fence flowers!

Pink tulips behind someone’s fence.
A group of pink tulips growing amidst grass and trees behind someone’s fence.

I first noticed these tulips growing behind this fence last year and I was looking forward to seeing them this year.

I actually cheered when I saw it the other day.

I was a Bridesmaid

Bridesmatron? Best Woman?

Either way, I had the honour of standing at a lovely, informal wedding today on a foggy cliff.

The vows were beautiful.

The day was marvellous.

I couldn’t be happier for them both.

Gold Star

One of my latest gold star drawings:

A drawing of a gold star that has rounded edges. Inside the star is made of all kinds of triangles in different shades of yellow and gold. ?

Index Card A Day

So far, so fun.

Today’s prompt was zinnia.

A drawing of a zinnia against a background of green leaves
This isn’t finished but I love how the leaves turned out so far! Image description: an index card with a drawing of a zinnia (a flower with lots of layered petals) with petals that are red on one end and yellow on the other, against a bunch of green leaves. Part of the right hand side has been left white so far.
