Because I have to spend so much time coaxing my brain to do stuff, it’s hard to tell when my brain actually just needs a break.

Today, though, I figured it out pretty quickly.

I’m resting as much as I can.

So far, so fun.

Today’s prompt was zinnia.

I drew a monster every day in May (which was big fun 80% of the time)

Now it’s June 1 so I’m starting the Index Card a Day challenge.

That’s 60 days of prompt-based small-format art.

Today I had a non-alcoholic drink called a Nick of Thyme.

Apparently it is made with ginger beer, lemonade, and thyme.

It was magnificent and special and fun.

It was an excellent choice.
